It all starts when you hit send on that inquiry! We personally dive into our master calendar to check availability for your date. If we’re a match, I’ll reach out with the best news ever and send over all the details you need to start dreaming up your look.

This is where the magic begins. You’ll get to flip through our beauty menu and build a custom proposal that fits your vision perfectly. You get to be the architect of your own day—selecting the services, tanning options, and bridal add-ons that make you feel like the most iconic version of yourself.

Make It Official
Once you’ve curated your dream package, we’ll move into the "Commitment" phase. To officially lock in your date and time on our calendar, you’ll sign your customized contract and submit your retainer. Note: Because we want to give every bride our full focus, we hold dates for 48 hours once your proposal is sent to ensure you get first dibs!

The moment your retainer is paid and contract signed, your date is OFFICIALLY secured. You’ll get a confirmation welcome from us, and you can officially cross "Glam Squad" off your wedding to-do list with total confidence. Now, you just sit back, relax, and get ready to be pampered.

How far in advance should I book?
To ensure the highest level of service, we only take a limited number of weddings per year. Most of our Bombshell 7 Brides secure their date 10 to 14 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates in the Arizona desert. If your heart is set on our signature glow, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue locked in. Let’s make sure your date belongs to you!

How long does the glam process typically take?
We believe luxury shouldn't be rushed. For our brides HMU, we dedicate a focused 180 minutes to ensure every detail is perfection. For the bridal party, we move with precision, typically 60 minutes per person. We’ll work closely with you to build a seamless timeline that keeps the morning relaxed and celebratory.

What if I’m not used to wearing a lot of makeup?
Our philosophy is "You, only elevated." During your Preview, we’ll have an in-depth consultation to find your comfort level. Whether it’s a soft, radiant glow or a high-fashion moment, our team specializes in intuitive artistry that enhances your natural features so you feel like yourself—just the most iconic version.

Do you offer "Airbrush" or "Traditional" foundation?
We specialize in high-definition, hand-applied artistry. In our years of experience, we’ve found that a customized mix of luxury liquids and creams—layered with technical precision—creates a more "skin-like," climate-resistant finish than airbrushing. This allows us to map your face perfectly, ensuring you look flawless both in person and in high-resolution photography.

What if I want to change my look after the Preview?
We’re here for the evolution! It’s completely normal to have new inspiration as your wedding details come together. If you decide to pivot your style after our initial session, just reach out. We can either update your notes for the big day or schedule a "Mini-Preview" to perfect the new vision so you feel 100% confident walking down the aisle.

Do you offer "Trial-Only" sessions before booking a wedding?
To maintain our boutique level of service, we prioritize dates for our contracted Bombshell 7 Brides. While we occasionally have "Preview-Only" availability during our off-peak season, most of our brides choose to secure their date first to ensure they don't lose their spot on our master calendar. Your Preview is then the dedicated time to refine and perfect your vision.

Quality and longevity are the hallmarks of our work. The Bombshell 7 professional kit is strictly curated with high-performance, camera-ready brands that deliver a flawless, high-end finish. Our team utilizes luxury staples from Dior, Armani, Patrick Ta, and Charlotte Tilbury to ensure every look is climate-resistant and red-carpet ready. We’ve mastered the art of the desert glow, using only the finest products to ensure your look stays iconic —remaining flawless even through the Arizona heat.

What are the requirements for on-location services?
We bring the Bombshell 7 Beauty experience to you, we simply require a dedicated space with ample natural light (whenever possible) and access to power outlets. We bring our own professional lighting and kit setups to transform your bridal suite into a high-end beauty studio, ensuring the environment is as elevated as the artistry.

How do you handle hygiene and sanitation?
Our commitment to your safety is as high as our commitment to your beauty. We adhere to strict, professional sanitation protocols. This includes the use of disposable applicators, mixing palettes, and professional-grade EPA disinfectants for all tools and surfaces. We ensure every application is as hygienic as it is beautiful.

Can I book a single service for a photoshoot or event?
We love a solo glam session! While our weekend dates are typically reserved for weddings and large group events, we do offer "Boutique Bookings" for individual services on weekdays—perfect for engagement sessions, maternity portraits, or headshots. Please note that we require a two-service minimum for all on-location bookings.

What happens if I have an exceptionally early start time?
We are early birds by nature! For timelines that require our team to arrive before 7:00 AM, an "Early AM" fee of $150 per artist is applied. This investment allows our artists to account for the extra-early prep and travel time needed to deliver the high-energy, high-end experience the Bombshell 7 Beauty brand is known for.
